This is a project I am actively pursuing: an open-source “in-app live assistant” pattern that other product teams can embed.
The core idea is simple: if the assistant can listen and see the current UI, it can give concrete next-step guidance instead of generic chatbot answers.
This project documents the migration of bil.arikan.ca from an Astro-based site to a Hugo-based site using the Congo theme.
The Astro site was working, but I wanted a setup that is simpler to maintain for long-form writing, easier to run as a content-first workflow, and included support for Mermaid.js or Chart.js.
