About
I help teams get learning, AI, and the systems around them working together. By day I build AI solutions and learning experiences at Sage, somewhere between instructional designer, program manager, AI agent architect, and the person asking questions about people, processes, data, and outcomes.
The problems I like most: a stalled idea that needs a working prototype, learning that has to work for both people and AI assistants, and the data to show whether any of it changed performance. That last one is my research thread: xAPI, learning data standards, and connecting learning telemetry to product telemetry.
The longer arc: military telecommunications → eight years in learning and development → PMP → secure software development at the University of Ottawa. Toronto-based, husband and dad, early-morning overcaffeinated.

Agent-Ready Knowledge: From Scattered Documents to a Pilot
A prototype in-call adviser for a sales organization, built from a folder of mixed documents, and what it took to go from about 15% to about 65% helpful in mock calls.
The Proxmox Local AI Lab
A 3-node Proxmox cluster running local LLM inference on two GPUs, a coding agent, and a gateway reachable from my phone, with no cloud AI in the loop.
